Steven Clouse is an American photographer who made a name for himself as a photographer by shooting incredible photographs, often in rough climates and tough conditions, living as one with nature. Steven is known for his ability to capture waves and create unique images.
When Steven turned 30 he decided to leave his hometown in Texas, sell his possessions, give up his career and follow his passion of travelling and nature. About six months in, he chose to document his trip via the medium of photography, and it just grew from there. The past three years Steven has spent his time on the road, living in his mobile home and photographing the country- capturing stunning and sometimes beautifully raw photographs of the landscape and its characteristics.

"I'm drawn to the foggy, rainy and rugged Pacific Northwest Coast. I grew up in the Southern United States, but I prefer cooler regions and love the dramatic landscape and character. I've been in every state in the contiguous States, but I always gravitate to the West Coast.
I've slept many nights in my car, and I've driven endless days along Highway 1. I can't put the finger on exactly what inspires me, but I catch myself focusing on the unintended consequences of human impact, whether it be drought that is brought on by climate change or deforestation".
